Rocket was founded by serial entrepreneurs who were frustrated with their recruiting partners when growing their past startups.

In 2017, our founders started Rocket with a mission to help companies develop their most important asset - their workforce.

Unlike other recruiting agency leaders, they had lived through hiring at scale in multiple startup environments as well had deep experience building software products. This directly translated into a vision of how Rocket would change the landscape of recruiting:
