What engagement models do you offer?
We offer three ways to work together:
Contingency Recruiting - For building out your team. Deep startup expertise, vetted candidates, and we close 2/3 of the offers we extend. Pay only when you hire.
Executive Search - For your most critical leadership hires. Hand-picked candidates, white-glove service, face-to-face meetings. We own the entire process from strategy to negotiation.
Embedded Recruiting - We become your in-house recruiting team. Deployed in days, scaled to your needs, equipped with our tools. What's ours becomes yours.
Most of our clients work with us exclusively across all their roles. That's when we're most effective.

Our fees reflect the quality of our work and the value of your time. We charge a percentage of first-year compensation with an upfront retainer.
Contingency: Small retainer per role, remainder due when you hire
Executive Search: Retained engagement with milestone payments
Embedded: Monthly retainer based on team size and scope
